CANCELLATION POLICY:

I understand that last minute changes in your schedule may be unavoidable and I will try to accommodate those changes as best I can. Please understand that when I make an appointment I am setting aside enough time to do my best work and that each appointment is for only one client. I do not overbook expecting some of my clients to not show for their appointments. Therefore, a broken appointment results in wasted time for both of us, adding to the cost of providing service for all of my clients. To be fair to everyone involved, if you cancel, no-show, or are unprepared for a scheduled appointment without calling/emailing 4 hours prior to scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee. You will be invoiced for the missed appointment on the same day. Payment of invoice is expected upon receipt. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
